All Stars Dance Center believes each student who comes through our door is a very special individual.  We seek the total development of each student - not only as a dancer but as a person.  We encourage goal setting and "shooting for the stars."  While working diligently to improve skills in dance, we also strive to develop self-confidence and a sense of pride in accomplishment.  We also acknowledge individual differences and learning styles.  All of our adult staff has had multiple years of experience with children of all ages.  Ms. Gayle personally supervises all of the dance curriculum and strives constantly to improve and upgrade the environment to actively engage the students' learning.

Parents are encouraged to work together with our staff to develop each student to their fullest potential.  We take our work seriously and seek to empower each child with a sense of self-worth and accomplishment.  We also encourage respect for fellow dancers and a spirit of "team."
